1.2 Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1.3 In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
2.1 Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner timelines.
2.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
2.3 We shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹449 within India.
3.2 For orders below ₹449, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3.3 Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where the order is cancelled by us.
4. Tracking Information
4.1 Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of purchase.
4.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery information.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
5.1 We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5.2 Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details shall be borne by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
6.2 We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue; however, resolution timelines may vary.
