Refund policy
1. No Return Policy
1.1 Due to the sensitive and personal nature of the products sold by us, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

Incorrect selection by the customer

Personal preferences

Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance
1.2 By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return Policy.
2. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)
2.1 We offer exchange only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
2.2 Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.3 No exchange shall be provided for reasons other than a proven manufacturing defect.
3. Conditions for Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must have a manufacturing defect (damage due to misuse, mishandling, wear and tear, or improper care will not qualify).

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and proof of purchase.
- The customer must provide complete unboxing video proof, clearly showing:

The sealed outer packaging

The product being opened

The visible defect

- Failure to provide unboxing proof may result in rejection of the exchange request.
4. Reporting Damages or Wrong Items
4.1 Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
4.2 If the item is:

Defective due to manufacturing defect

Damaged in transit
-
Incorrect item received
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lustire.com with mandatory unboxing video proof.
4.3 We reserve the right to verify the claim before approving an exchange.
5. Exchange Approval Process
5.1 All exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification by our team.
5.2 If approved:

We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable).

A replacement product of the same design will be dispatched at no additional cost.
5.3 If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, the exchange request will be rejected and the product may be shipped back to the customer.
5.4 Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not provided.
7.2 Refunds will only be issued if:

A replacement product is unavailable, or

We are unable to fulfill the exchange obligation.
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
8. European Union Orders (If Applicable)
If an order is shipped to a member country of the European Union, the customer may be entitled to cancellation or return rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. Such rights shall apply only where legally mandatory.
